Meet Laura Kate

For 23 years, Laura Kate has lived in central Los Angeles, giving her insight into one of LA's most desirable and quickly changing markets. In addition to Hollywood, Laura Kate has worked all over Los Angeles from Santa Monica Canyon to LA's cosmopolitan, culturally diverse neighborhoods like Koreatown, Hancock Park, Mid Wilshire, and the Miracle Mile that feature walkable, transit-accessible living-including homes near the soon-to-open Purple Line subway that will reach from Downtown Los Angeles to the Westside.

Laura Kate has a bachelor of fine arts in interior design and started her career working on high-end residential design projects for Amelia Handegan, one of the World’s Top 40 Interior Designers (Robb Report’s Guide) in Charleston, South Carolina. She also holds a degree in Photography from The Portfolio Center (now Miami Ad School) in Atlanta, Georgia. In Los Angeles, Laura Kate excelled in a 15-year fast-paced sales career with the world’s biggest media companies. Her lifelong fascination with design, architecture, sales, and photography led her to a career in Real Estate.
